The Notre dame/Navy rivalry has always been a friendly one, and it's one of the longest in college football, dating all the way back to 1927.
Saturday morning we got a chance to talk with some Navy fans who made the trip into town for the game, and some fans were not able to decide which team to root for.
"I was a season ticket holder for Notre Dame and then my son went to Navy and I actually tried to convince him to go to Notre Dame," said one fan.
"This is Notre Dame football. This is the best college sport in America. So just to be here. Tradition is great,” said another fan.
