Spring takes Break

Compared to earlier this week it was way too cold for any "spring break" like activities!

South Bend, Mishawaka, and P-H-M schools are all on spring break this week.

Students flooded the University Park in Mishawaka.

The line was also out the door at Movies Fourteen in Mishawaka.

Parents say at least it was cold at the end of the week instead of the entire week!

"Otherwise we have just been hanging out having a good time visiting friends and having some lazy mornings which has been nice rather than having to go to school," says parents Erin Pierce.

"I don't like it because I can't play outside and well you haven't been able to do much but sit in the house and stuff. It is snowing out and it is really cold. It doesn't seem like it’s spring anymore!," says student Julia Harrison.

Some of the students will be coming home to a cold snap since many of them left town for warmer places.
