Researchers at Duke University recently survey more than 200 smokers and found milk, water, fruits, and vegetables worsened the taste of cigarettes.

While alcohol, coffee, and meat enhanced the taste,

Researchers say this could lead to the development of a gum or lozenge to help make cigarettes less appetizing.
