27-year-old Tyrus Coleman faces charges of murder and attempted murder.
20-year-old Jermaine Jackson died in the march 18th shooting.
36-year-old Anthony Dye was critically injured.
According to our "Read It, Watch It" partners at the Truth, a judge entered preliminary "not guilty" pleas Thursday for Coleman.
A February 11th trial date was also set.
If convicted, Coleman could get up to 115 years in prison.
