A tragic accident happened in Steuben county.
A 12-year-old girl is dead, after being accidentally run over by her school bus.
Police say Patricia Tink was running after the bus, when she hit the side and fell under a wheel
Her sister apparently told the driver Patricia was not coming, and that is why the driver started to pull away.
Police say it was a horrible accident, and no charges are expected to be filed.
