An Elkhart mother accused of strangling her four young children last year was back in court Friday.
The judge is deciding weather or not 28-year-old Angelica Alvarez is competent to stand trial.
She faces four counts of murder, in connection with the November 14th deaths of her four young children.
Two court appointed psychiatrists told the courtroom what they found after interviewing Alvarez.
One found she was competent to stand trial, the other found she was not.
Attorneys for both sides say it is out of their hands.
Today's hearing was continued to a date yet to be determined, a third doctor will present his testimony at that time.
