Purdue University may have missed a clue in Wade Steffey's disappearance.
10 days after he went missing, a maintenance worker found his shoe.
It was apparently near the utility room where Steffey's body was found.
The freshman died when he walked into the room and was shocked by high voltage wires.
Steffey's parents may sue Purdue.
They hired a personal injury lawyer this week.
They say the university did not have proper warning signs in front of the utility room.
