A group of British experts made up of psychiatrists and law enforcement were asked to examine drugs and their potential for harming the user, addiction, and their impact on society.
Believe it or not, smoking and alcohol use were ranked in the top ten above marijuana, ecstasy and LSD which are of course illegal.
Heroin and cocaine were found to be the most dangerous.
