Physical Activity Could Help Control Menopause

Are the symptoms of Menopause bringing you down?

Try a little exercise.

Penn State researchers recently took a group of Menopausal woman, and separated them into three groups, walking, yoga, and no-exercise.

They found woman who took daily walks or yoga classes had fewer side effects, such as hot flashes, emotional stress, and night sweats.

Researchers say the study shows that even a little physical activity can help improve your quality of life.
