An Indiana man, accused of stabbing his 11-month-old son and throwing him out a car window, claims he was set up.
Kevin Chandler is charged with attempted murder.
In court Tuesday, he was ordered to have no contact with his son, Devin.
Chandler says the boy's mother is the guilty one.
Chandler also said, "I did not stab my baby. My baby's mother did it. She set me up. She stabbed my son I can not believe this.”
Chandler remains in jail on a million dollars bond.
If convicted, he faces 70 years in prison.
