A body was found today in a utility room at a Purdue University residence hall.
A university spokesperson says it is too soon to tell if the body is missing student Wade Steffey who vanished more than two months ago.
The body was found in a ground level utility room at Owen Hall after someone who lived there heard a pinging noise and called campus utilities.
Owen Hall is the last place Steffey was seen he disappeared after a fraternity party on January 13th.
The body has yet to be taken out of the utility room and the spokesperson says crews are carefully removing it, because there are high voltage wires in the room.
