Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm is looking at several ways, including one very unpopular way, of closing the state's budget deficit.
Granholm will propose an executive order this week to cut spending.
She is also pushing a 2% services tax.
Most Michigan residents oppose that tax, according to a new survey.
58% of those polled say they do not want the tax, while only 28% say they do.
Michigan is facing a 900 million dollar deficit.
