When 1500 people working with Indiana's Family and Social Services Administration show up to work tomorrow, they will no longer work for the state.
That is when Governor Daniels' controversial contract to privatize parts of the welfare system goes into effect.
The workers will be employees of Dallas based Affiliated Computer Services, a partner in the ten year, 1.2 billion dollar contract.
A lot of people will be carefully watching the transition as it affects about a million Hoosiers getting some type of state aid.
