A Benton Harbor man will be back in court Wednesday to face charges of election fraud.
Reverend Edward Pinkney is accused of using cash and other methods to sway voters in a 2005 recall election, targeting a city commissioner.
Pinkney's first trial ended with a hung jury.
This time, he filed a motion claiming Berrien County's jury selection process lacks representation by minorities.
That motion was denied.
Again, Pinkney's trial is expected to start Wednesday.
