A Granger man responsible for the deaths of two teens was in court Monday morning on a probation violation.
21-year-old Brian Feely stood before the judge again.
Prosecutors say he violated his probation after he stole two beers from the Hooters where he worked.
Feely pleaded guilty in the 2004 deaths of Clark Goerke and Ryan Morris.
He drove his truck across the center line and hit their scooter head on, killing both teens.
Tests found marijuana in Feely's blood.
He served 6-months in jail and 6-months community corrections.
However, as part of his probation, Feely was ordered not to drink alcohol.
Family members of the victims had mixed emotions about returning to court.
Clark Goerke’s sister Heather, said "Our family is doing fine, we're just glad that, you know, obviously we didn't want to come back here for something like this but we're glad it's in this nature that it would be in any other nature."
Feely's next court appearance is May 4th.
If he is found guilty, he could face more jail time.
