Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm will leave for Germany and Austria Saturday.
The goal of the trip is to encourage international companies to expand and invest in Michigan.
Granholm will meet with high-level executives from several German companies including Daimler Chrysler.
The trip will be her fourth business recruiting trip overseas.
Granholm will return next Thursday after meeting with seven companies.
