A Warsaw man faces a felony voyeurism charge after allegedly hiding a video camera in a bathroom.
47-year-old James John Conley is accused of putting the camera in a fake smoke detector above a bathtub.
Police say Conley videotaped a woman, her two-year-old son, and her roommates using a shared bathroom in a home Conley subleased to her.
The woman said she started looking for a camera after Conley made unusual comments, including asking whether she planned to take a bubble bath.
