There will soon be another dorm for some area college students to call home.
The University of Notre Dame is building a new men's dorm.
It is the first new residence hall to be built on campus in a decade.
The dorm will be built on the west quad near McGlinn Hall.
It will be called Duncan Hall and will house 232 students.
It is being built with money from a donation from Raymond Duncan, a class of 1952 alumnus who is President of Duncan Oil in Denver.
