Cocoa: An Unusual Beauty

Have you ever seen a chocolate Torti? Well, look no further, because South Bend Animal Control has one of these unusual beauties.

Pictures don't really do her justice, as Cocoa has a very unique color pattern. This playful girl is currently in a foster home, so please use the contact information below if you would like to make arrangements to meet her.

If not adopted beforehand, Cocoa and some of her feline friends will also be available for viewing at the Luv A Pet area of the South Bend Petsmart from March, 12th through March, 25th.

Cocoa loves to be petted and is a real cuddle bug. She is currently in a home with other dogs and cats and is doing well. This femme fatale is already spayed and current on her vaccinations.

If you are interested in Cocoa, please call South Bend Animal Care and Control at 574-235-9303 or email Sarah Bernth at sbernth@southbendin.gov for more information.

You can check out a few of Animal Control's cats and dogs who are available for adoption at http://www.petfinder.com/shelters/IN31.html, or stop by the shelter, located at 105 S. Olive St. in South Bend to visit them all.

Viewing hours are 11AM to 4PM Monday through Friday and 1PM to 4PM Saturday and Sunday.
