Many Americans Have Used Non-Prescription Diet Pills

One in seven Americans has used non-prescription diet pills.

That is according to a new study.

And a separate study found teenagers who diet were more likely to gain weight because they used unhealthy habits.

For example, those teens were more likely to binge eat, skip breakfast, and do less physical activity.
