A Granger man, who struck and killed two teenagers, may be headed back to jail.
21-year-old Brian Feely is accused of violating his probation.
His former boss at Hooters says Feely stole alcohol from the restaurant and was caught drinking on the job.
Feely pleaded guilty in the 2004 deaths of Clark Goerke and Ryan Morris.
The teenagers were killed when Feely drove his truck across the center line and hit their scooter head on.
Tests found marijuana in Feely's blood.
His probation hearing is scheduled for March 12th.
