The giggles and smiles of children filled a Mishawaka bookstore today, creating a bright start to President's Day.
Children of all ages gathered at Barnes and Noble to see a familiar face for a special story time.
Indiana Congressman Joe Donnelly read The Duck for President to the wide eyed children, and even some amused adults.
“The more they are involved in those things; reading education, math, science, the stronger our country will be. So it's kind of a win-win,” Congressman Donnelly explains.
Donnelly says it is his first week back home in his district since he was sworn in.
He says the time home will allow him to share what has been going on in Washington.
