Toll Road Accident

One person is in the hospital today after an accident on the Indiana Toll Road.
The crash happened around 10:30 last night near Elkhart at mile marker 92.
Police say the driver of a semi was making an illegal u-turn when a car crashed into the truck.
The driver of the car was taken to the hospital but at this hour it is unclear how seriously the driver was injured.
Multiple lanes of the toll road were closed for a few hours while the scene was cleaned up.
