Regular Exercise May Reduce Odds of Breast Cancer

Hit the gym, and it won't just be your company that sees the benefits.

A new study says working out regularly can reduce your chances of developing breast cancer.

In a survey of more than 15,000 women, those who exercised had a reduced risk of invasive breast cancer.

That is if they did not have a family history of the disease.

Researchers say six or more hours a week of exercise could reduce your risk up to 23%.
