Health Benefits from Chocolate

Nothing says ‘Valentine's Day’ like hearts and chocolate; especially since some types of chocolate are good for your heart.

Nutritionists at the American Dietetic Association say antioxidants in chocolate help prevent cholesterol from sticking to your artery walls, which can cause a heart attack or stroke.

Certain chemicals found in chocolate also decrease the risk of sugar damage to teeth.

Experts say the darker the chocolate the better it is for your body.
