It is a case that shocked people all over Indiana and today a judge postponed the trial of a woman whose son was found wandering on a busy Indianapolis highway.
This was the scene back on December 30th when a three-year-old was found running on I-465 on the wearing only a diaper and a t-shirt.
The boy's mother 33-year-old Nancy Dyer was arrested and charged with four counts of neglect.
A judge said today that Dyer must return to court on March 12th for a hearing on whether she will continue to receive a public defender.
