Nap Taking May Reduce Risk for Heart Disease in Adults

Here is something else to add to your busy schedule, but this you might like…a nap.

The benefit was even more profound among working men.

Researchers say the stress-relieving consequences of taking a nap contribute to its protective effect, but more studies are needed.
