At the corner of Edison and Hickory in South Bend is a new place that will make your mouth water. It’s called Indulgence. It's trendy, it's only a couple weeks old, and it's very sweet.
Indulgence Owner Sean Wojtkowski says, “There's nothing like this in South Bend. We offer unique products. We went for it and so far, it's taken off very well.”
With a warm and inviting decor and free wireless internet, guests are lead to a pastry case that is a feast for the eyes, complete with salads and wraps.
They're quickly becoming know for their yummy pastries, muffins, danishes, crème brule, and there popular chocolate croissants and cinnamon rolls.
With all the pastries, don't you dare call it a bakery!
They also have amazing drinks including their 20 degrees hot chocolate (probably one of the best I’ve ever had)!
Everything is homemade and whole ingredients are used, nothing is prepackaged or pre-mixed.
Sean says, “We don't use corn syrup. It's not a good sugar for the body to digest. We don't use any trans-fats, we don't fry anything, and we don't use any shortening.”
So check out Indulgence in South Bend if you need to satisfy your sweet tooth. It’s sinfully delicious, not too bad on your figure, and it won’t thin out your wallet.
