Murder Suspect Behind Bars

A murder suspect is behind bars in South Bend.

Randy Lee Reeder, 50, was moved from the Berrien County Jail to the St. Joseph County Jail Tuesday.

He waived extradition Monday.

Reeder is one of two men charged in the murders of four homeless men.

He will be arraigned in court Wednesday.
