On bitter cold days, the last thing you want is to be without heat.
But that is exactly what happened to hundreds of South Bend residents early Tuesday morning.
A power outage left more than 1900 Indiana and Michigan Power customers in the dark.
Officials say downed power lines were to blame.
Power went out around 2:00 AM Tuesday. It came back on around 6:30 AM.
