Spending a lot of time behind the wheel could put you at an increased risk for skin cancer.
That is according to preliminary research from Saint Louis University’s School of Medicine.
A study finds a link between more time spent driving and a higher incidence of skin cancers on the left side of the body that is exposed to the sun.
The findings were especially true among men who had a significant number of left-side skin cancers.
More than a million skin cancer cases are diagnosed in this country each year.
