South Bend's State of the City Address Tonight
The South Bend State of the City address will take place Monday evening.
Mayor Steve Luecke is expected to share his plans for 2007 and discuss improvements the city made last year.
The public is welcome to attend tonight's address.
It starts at 6:30 at the South Bend Civic theatre. .
