David Strange will appear in court Monday, charged with murder and forgery.
Strange is accused of murdering James Lydeen.
Lydeen was found dead in his Dubail Street home on January 11th.
One of the last times Lydeen was seen alive, he went to the bank to complain about some checks that had been written on his account without his permission.
That investigation led police to Lydeen's neighbor, 46-year old David Strange.
