Wakarusa Students Show Their Superbowl Pride

Even fifth-graders are lining-up behind their favorite team for the Superbowl.

At Wakarusa Elementary, Mr. Kandel's class did what they could to support either the Bears or the Colts.

"Mobiles" made by each student hang from the ceiling.

Posters display support from each desk.

Fifth grade teacher Clell Kandel said, "13 of them are for the bears and 12 are for the colts. And then we have three that don't really care."

Mr. Kandel predicts all his students will watch the commercials, and about a dozen will actually watch the game.
