The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has announced it will strengthen the way it reviews new drugs.
The FDA will partner with the Veterans Health Administration to share information and expertise on reviews.
The FDA’s goal is to get more information to the public about possible safety concerns.
The agency will also post newsletters on its website with updates on drug reviews after they have been approved and marketed to the public.
