The IRS can now split your refund and deposit it in up to three accounts, including an IRA.
Before this year, your refund could only go into only one account.
There are a couple of catches:
The change came too late to be included in most tax return software, like Turbo Tax.
And if you give the IRS the wrong account numbers, you have to fix the problem yourself.
