The man accused of making threatening phone calls to Roseland Councilman David Snyder, and his former council member wife Dorothy, was in court Tuesday.
Elkhart resident, Todd Gentzhorn, 44, faces a count of intimidation and a count of harassment.
Both charges are misdemeanors.
Prosecutors say Gentzhorn called the Snyder's home on January 2nd and made death threats against the couple.
Gentzhorn will be back in court February 14th.
He faces up to a year in jail if he is convicted of the two misdemeanors.
