The trial of a truck driver charged with causing a crash that killed five people from Taylor University will not be held in Grant County.
The story made national headlines after it came out that two of the girls had been misidentified.
The judge says he decided to move the trial because of the enormous publicity surrounding the April 2006 crash.
He asked the attorneys to select a new county for the trial in the next three days and to avoid nearby counties.
