Good news for all you procrastinators.
The IRS announced Thursday the deadline to file taxes will be April 17th.
Usually, tax day is April 15th but this year, it is on a Sunday.
Also, the following Monday, legal offices in Washington will be closed to observe Emancipation Day.
This year's extended deadline not only includes individual tax returns, but filing extensions, making 2006 balance payments as well as Roth and IRA investments.
