Virus Strikes Another Cruise Ship

The dreaded norovirus has struck the Queen Elizabeth II.

The popular cruise ship docked Wednesday in San Francisco, with dozens of sick passengers on board.

As of this afternoon, some 276 passengers and 28 crew members had come down with the norovirus that is about 16 percent of the ship.

Norovirus is a common ailment that causes vomiting and diarrhea.
