Accident in Elkhart County Leaves One Dead

A young woman is dead after an early accident Tuesday morning in Elkhart County.

Erin Holdren, 22, died when her car hit a tree around 2:30 AM.

Holdren was traveling westbound on County Road 6, east of County Road 101.

Her car hit a tree and split in half.

Holdren was pronounced dead at the scene.
