New Civil Rights Exhibit at Northern Indiana Center for History

There is a new museum exhibit in South Bend that might spark your interest.

It is centered on the media and its coverage of the civil rights movement of the 1960's.

"Media Coverage of Civil Rights" is the latest exhibit at the Northern Indiana Center for History.

The display features South Bend Tribune articles and photographs focusing on civil rights in our community.

You can even see how the paper covered Dr. Martin Luther King's speech in South Bend back in 1963.

The display will remain up through October 31st.
