The town on Roseland got down to some business Saturday afternoon.
An organizational meeting for the town's new re-development commission was held.
Last Tuesday, the town council terminated the appointments of its former members.
Three new members have been elected.
Commission members say they will concentrate on how to improve Roseland’s business and residential neighborhoods.
Sam McCombs, one of the new members, says he look forward to a fresh start with new people on board.
McCombs said, “There needs to be some changes made on the redevelopment committee as far as people's intentions and goals as a whole, a mission statement needs to be created.”
The re-development commission says they are going to look into applying for government grants to help make improvements in Roseland.
