Consumer Reports Retract Car Seat Study

A disturbing report on infant car seats has been retracted.

Earlier this month, Consumer Reports Magazine released a study, which found most infant car seats "failed disastrously" in low speed side-impact crashes.

But now, the magazine says its testing may have been flawed.

Tests by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration have shown the car seats hold up well.

Consumer Reports says it will re-issue car seat safety guidelines as soon as possible.
