One man is in jail and four others hospitalized after a workplace shooting Thursday morning in Indianapolis.

Police say 24-year-old Jason Burnam opened fire at Crossroads Industrial Services and shot four employees.

Luckily, none of the injuries are life-threatening.

Police say Burnam was having trouble with his co-workers in the days leading up to the shooting.

When asked why he shot his co-workers, Burnam said "it was about respect."

The company has about 100-employees, who make ID tags for military vehicles.

85% of the production workers have physical or developmental disabilities.
