The St. Joseph County prosecutor's office filed charges Thursday against an Elkhart man accused of threatening David and Dorothy Snyder.
Police say 44-year-old Todd Gentzhorn called the Snyder's home on January 2nd and made death threats against the couple.
Gentzhorn has been charged with one count of intimidation and one count of harassment, both misdemeanors.
If convicted, he faces up to a year in jail.
In October of 2003, Gentzhorn was arrested and charged with criminal conversion and criminal mischief.
Gentzhorn is scheduled to appear in court January 29th.
