A Michigan man is behind bars tonight after witnesses’ say he flipped over his wife's car, then shot her several times.
It happened last night in Mount Pleasant.
This is the SUV Mary Lynn Babb was in when her estranged husband allegedly shot her to death.
Police say Thomas Babb was waiting outside his wife's office at the morning sun newspaper.
He was arraigned on murder charges this afternoon.
"There were many witnesses. Our officers and detectives are taking many
statements that saw the actual shooting take place," says Dan Catlin, of Mt. Pleasant Police Dept.
Police say Mary Lynn Babb had a personal protection order against her husband.
