A South Bend woman will spend the next several years behind bars for her role in a grocery store murder.
Nivea baker was sentenced to 20 years in prison this morning.
She was the getaway driver in the December 2005 murder of Preet Singh.
Baker admitted she picked up three men after they robbed and gunned down Singh inside his small store on Lincoln way west.
As part of her plea deal, baker agreed to testify against Dishawn Procter, Marshall Shepherd and William Tobar.
The men have already been convicted and sentenced and in court today, baker apologized to the victim's family.
