Two Indiana residents are hoping their odds in a lawsuit are better than their odds in the lottery.
The two are trying to sue the Hoosier Lottery on behalf of all lottery scratch off players.
The suit centers on the "$250,000 Cash Blast" game that ended last year.
The men say they were misled by ads that made the prizes and odds of winning seem greater than they actually were.
Hoosier Lottery posted a statement on its website saying the prizes were overstated because of a printing defect on half of the tickets.
