Survey Says Hoosiers Want Full-Day Kindergarten

Full-day kindergarten receives a passing grade in Indiana.

A survey released Wednesday finds that more than three-quarters of Hoosiers support state-funded full-day kindergarten.

More than 60 percent say they would support the program even if it means higher taxes.

Governor Daniels plans to make full-day kindergarten a top priority during the upcoming legislative session.
